Our client is looking for an HR Manager responsible for end-to-end management of the graduate recruitment and development initiatives. Target candidates with 8+ years of relevant experience gained from sizeable professional / financial services settings to join.

Join our client's dynamic team as a Graduate Recruitment Programme Manager and make a direct impact on the future of the organisation!About The Role In this pivotol role, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of the graduate recruitment and development initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the full lifecycle of our graduate recruitment programme, from planning and promotion to selection and onboarding.
  • Organising and facilitating engaging recruitment events, including campus visits, assessment centers, and networking sessions.
  • Closely monitoring the progress and performance of the graduate trainees, providing regular feedback and guidance.
  • Identifying talent and competency gaps, and designing targeted learning and development programmes to address them.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest talent trends, including the use of psychometric tools, and incorporating them into our recruitment and development strategies.
  • Handling the necessary administrative tasks and being open to occasional travel requirements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in graduate recruitment, talent management or a related field
  • Strong project management and event planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with both graduates and senior stakeholders
  • A keen eye for identifying potential and a passion for nurturing talent
  • Familiarity with psychometric assessments and their application in talent development
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and handle administrative duties as needed
  • A flexible, adaptable mindset and openness to travel when required
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) essential
