Our client is looking for an HR Manager responsible for end-to-end management of the graduate recruitment and development initiatives. Target candidates with 8+ years of relevant experience gained from sizeable professional / financial services settings to join.

Join our client's dynamic team as a Graduate Recruitment Programme Manager and make a direct impact on the future of the organisation!About The Role In this pivotol role, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of the graduate recruitment and development initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of our graduate recruitment programme, from planning and promotion to selection and onboarding.
- Organising and facilitating engaging recruitment events, including campus visits, assessment centers, and networking sessions.
- Closely monitoring the progress and performance of the graduate trainees, providing regular feedback and guidance.
- Identifying talent and competency gaps, and designing targeted learning and development programmes to address them.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest talent trends, including the use of psychometric tools, and incorporating them into our recruitment and development strategies.
- Handling the necessary administrative tasks and being open to occasional travel requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in graduate recruitment, talent management or a related field
- Strong project management and event planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with both graduates and senior stakeholders
- A keen eye for identifying potential and a passion for nurturing talent
- Familiarity with psychometric assessments and their application in talent development
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and handle administrative duties as needed
- A flexible, adaptable mindset and openness to travel when required
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) essential
