• We are looking for Product Development Manager – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to Factory Director
• Lead Product Development team in Shenzhen factory to drive product design & development
• Work with Marketing Team to define product specifications
• Manage engineering team to deliver new products that meet market requirements and internal budgets and schedules
• Manage pilot production to ensure manufacturability of product design
• Carry out regular design enhancements to existing products in order to maintain the Company's competitive edge
• Define product and technology roadmaps to meet the Company's strategic requirements
• Keep updated with relevant certification standards and advise the Company appropriately
• Communicate with customers on technical matters
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years' experience in the field of research and development with at least 5 years at management level.
• Experienced in consumer electronics, iOT, smart home...or related is highly prefer
• Self-motivated with a natural curiosity about market and technological changes
• Good language skill in Putonghua and English is a must.
• Working experience in China & experience in supervising PRC engineers is highly prefer
• 5 days work
• Station Shenzhen factory
