Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to define the objectives of video advertisements.
• Audience Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the needs and interests of the target audience.
• Develop innovative creative concepts that align with the brand image.
• Craft concise and compelling video advertisement scripts.
• Work with the design team to develop visual elements for video advertisements.
• Select appropriate teams and oversee video production and shooting.
• Supervise video editing and special effects creation to ensure high quality.
• Conduct small-scale testing, gather feedback, and optimize accordingly.
• Develop release and promotion plans to increase ad visibility.
• Analyze ad performance data and adjust creative and strategy accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in brand creative planning or video advertising strategy.
• Strong creative thinking and copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with video advertising production processes and various publishing platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Data analysis skills, with the ability to adjust creative strategies based on data.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or other video production software is preferred.
