A key position responsible to take lead of a small team to provide quality property management services, especially repair & maintenance, fitting out works and improvement projects.

Client Details

Our client is a well known industrial manufacturer.

Description

• Provide quality property management services, especially repair & maintenance, fitting out works and improvement projects
• Coordinate with internal customers, team members, vendors, consultants, contractors, statutory departments and all relevant parties for service or project implementation.
• Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of works and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Perform sourcing, request for quotation and assist in tendering process, monitor the performance of the contractors / suppliers.
• Prepare budget and ensure good budget control.
• Manage inventory & stock take for building materials.

Profile

• Degree holder in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline
• At least 6 years' relevant experience in property management
• Well versed in related statutory requirements and code of practices
• Solid Experience in building maintenance, renovation & improvement projects
• Excellent interpersonal & communications skills, able to maintain good relationship with all internal and external customers
