Technical Business Analyst
Our client is a global bank, they are now looking for a technical Business Analyst to join their dynamic team! You will be joining their new fintech firm and handling the project related to FX payment application. You will be working with various stakeholders and multi-cultural remote teams to achieve the high-quality completion of deliverables.
Job Description:
● You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of deliverables.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
● Work with the Tribe Lead to assign tasks, set priorities, and manage workload distribution to optimize team performance.
● Partner with product owners/SMEs to define & refine acceptance criteria
● Partner with developers on reviewing user stories for understanding and scoring
Requirement:
● Experience as Technical Business Analyst in a FinTech start-up or other fast paced hands on Company
● Helpful to have experience in eMoney or Financial Service Industry, cards or payments processing, customer onboarding and KYC
● Strong experience in requirements engineering. Able to perform user story preparation, determine workflow, and give recommendations on process enhancements and system upgrades.
● Proven knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Kanban and scrum as well as traditional waterfall methodologies
● Familiarity with Java
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with technical understanding
● Solid business analysis skills to elicit and document requirement
● Solid communication skills to liaise with the business stakeholder and the technical team
● Clear understanding of software development cycle
