Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with a cluster of branches to identify and explore customers’ financial needs and to support Sales & Distribution Department on meeting investment product target.
Exploiting business opportunities through inbound and outbound phone activities to provide timely market information and to execute investment product transactions.
Achieve individual sales target & service pledge, as well as to deliver quality sales and services in compliance with the Bank’s standard

Requirements

• 2 years investment sales or related experience in the retail banking industry.
• Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent.
• Possess IIQAS and other required qualifications under SFC for selling investment products.
• Good interpersonal, telephone manner and communication skills.
• Sales Oriented and proactive achiever.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
