Assistant Vice President, Digital Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze digital asset performance and optimize digital customer journey to improve online sales funnel conversion via drop-off analysis and A/B/Multi-variate Testing
• Build and continuously fine-tune smart dashboard/reporting capability.
• Create predictive models and machine-learning algorithms for tracking customers/prospects across owned digital assets.
• Develop deep learning capability to build and maintain the data-driven behavioral segmentation
• Establish intelligent analytics platform to help analyse digital portfolio to to make sound business decisions for digital acquisition and customer engagement initiatives
• Develop processes to implement and operate necessary tagging to effectively monitor new customer journey.
• Process, cleans, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis. Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems
• Process automation to streamline reporting operation and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business in mathematics, data analysis, statistics, quantitative finance or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking and finance industry.

• Experience in creating data architectures using:

  • Statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.)
  • Machine learning tools is a plus (L1 logistic regression / decision tree / linear regression, etc.)
  • Business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Data Studio)

• Solid knowledge in Agile working approach and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Slack etc.)

• Understand industry and market developments relating to own function

• Experience in Banking and Financial Services is a plus
