Support team in business development and client relationship management;
Responsible for KYC onboarding, due diligence, PI verification, suitability assessment, RFP and structuring of fund related activities;
Conduct market research and other supports to assist the team in daily business development;
Prepare regular fund report and newsletter to distributors, including retail banks, IFAs, Insurance agencies, located in Hong Kong;
Responsible for organizing any related marketing campaigns with clients and update marketing materials(including other business related materials);
Other AD hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field;
With 3 years' or above experience gained in fund house;
Candidate with less ex[erience will be considered as Assistant Manager;
Type 4 and 9 license holder is preferred;
Familiar with SFC and other relevant regulations related to AML/CTF;
Presentable, result-driven with strong initiative and drive to succeed;
Positive and proactive attitude, team player, ability to work in a complex rapidly evolving workplace and team required;
Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint);
Good command in written and oral English and Chinese including Putonghua.
