FX and Interest Rates Derivatives Trader

Job Responsibilities:

Engage in FX trading activities, including Spot/Swap/Forward trades, and support corporate clients' hedging requirements;
Carry out pre and post-trade tasks, as well as handle ad-hoc assignments;
Consistently provide accurate and timely quotes for sales and clients;
Formulate trading strategies and provide market updates for sales and marketing purposes;
Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the new product process;
Adhere strictly to trading mandates, including individual and firm-level limits and exposure;
Assume ad hoc duties as assigned by the Team Head.

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related disciplines;
Minimum 5 years working experience in FX or Interest Rates Derivatives;
Possess a background in derivatives trading, particularly in FX options, IRS, and CCS is a plus;
Exposure to China onshore market is an advantage;
Familiar with dealing systems, such as Reuters, Bloomberg etc;
Proficient in professional computer applications, such as VBA, Excel, Word etc;
Willingness to extent coverage into other FICC products;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical skill, strong report writing and self-motivated;
Ability to work independently;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
