As a Lead Java Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of robust and scalable software solutions for their risk management systems. Your deep understanding of in Java programming will be instrumental in driving the success of their risk management strategies and ensuring the integrity of the organization's risk assessment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions for risk management systems.
- Collaborate closely with risk management professionals, quantitative analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into reliable and efficient software systems.
- Design and implement risk calculation models, methodologies, and algorithms using Java and related technologies.

Qualifications:
