Product Owner - Leading Life Insurance Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the vision and roadmap for the Life Insurance Operation Platform
• Gather and prioritize requirements based on business needs and customer feedback
• Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality product features and enhancements
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of the platform
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive offerings
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Drive continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving and innovation
• Act as a subject matter expert for all aspects of the Life Insurance Operation Platform

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the life insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of life insurance operations and industry best practices
• Proven track record of delivering successful software products or platforms
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is a plus
