About the Company: Our client is a leading provider of consumer services in Hong Kong and Asia in general. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Fusion Test Manager to join their implementation team.
Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Test Manager to lead our Client's testing efforts for Oracle Fusion applications implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing Oracle Fusion applications (SAAS environment is a MUST) and will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all aspects of the testing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement test strategies and plans for Oracle Fusion applications
- Lead a team of testers in executing test cases and scenarios
- Coordinate with development and System Integrator teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Manage testing environments and ensure they are properly set up and maintained
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders
- Identify and report defects in a timely manner
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of experience in testing Oracle Fusion applications, SAAS environment is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules (Financials, HCM, SCM, etc.)
- Experience with testing tools such as HP ALM, Jira, or similar
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in Oracle Fusion testing is a plus
