Main Responsibilities
Sales Management and Business Development:
- Provide frontline sales with needs-based selling coaching
- Support branches and frontline sales in formulating sales strategies and provide support on implementation
- Raise product knowledge and soft skills competency of frontline sales
- Train frontline sales to conduct analysis on assigned portfolio and to structure appropriate sales strategy and approach
- Construct effective training by exploring the latest sales skills, using market intelligence, and collecting input from frontline sales
People Management and Development:
- Identify critical training for frontline sales development in order to meet performance standards
- Support new joiners to get familiar with Bank's culture, people and system to ensure good onboarding journey and quick adaptation to Bank's environment
- Provide specific and regular training to both new and existing frontline sales, relating to product knowledge updates, selling skills, customer engagement and also compliance related
- Support frontline sales with appropriate programs in order to raise performance within a certain time period
- Ensure team morale and trust are built with people and culture coaching
Sales Governance and Compliance Control:
- Offer case sharing to reinforce the required compliance standard and update regulatory requirement to frontline sales on a regular basis

Adhere to Bank's and Regulators' policies, standards, operations guidelines/procedures, security and internal control measures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or other relevant qualification
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail banking or retail distribution, with an extensive understanding of people management, coaching, portfolio management, insurance, investment products, and account acquisition
- Excellent business acumen, relationship building, and stakeholder management abilities
- Extensive knowledge of innovative product solutions, current financial and acquisition planning and activities
- Experience in management and working in large-scale cross-functional teams
- Qualifications in IIQE/ HKSI related areas are required
- CFP/CFA qualification preferred

Strong strategic, commercial, and technical communication skills. Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
