Senior Finance Manager - Private Equity Fund House

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of capital call and distribution notices, as well as capital account statements for investors.
Work closely with third-party service providers, such as external valuators, auditors, administrators, transfer agents, and custodians.
Manage post-investment activities for investment portfolios.
Provide assistance in investment execution during the investment and exit process for our private funds.
Validate investment valuations performed by the investment team.
Prepare business analysis and implementation plans, including budgeting and revenue and cost analysis.
Evaluate internal and external business aspects to generate new ideas and formulate business strategies.
Collaborate with relevant parties to conduct cost-effective campaigns/programs that align with business objectives, and continually assess their effectiveness for improvement.
Develop policies and processes to ensure accurate allocation of manager's expenses among different fund products, vehicles, and investor types.
Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of operational controls.
Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Experience/Skills

Qualified Accountant and a University degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related discipline
Total 8 years or above working experience is preferred, including current experience working in PE fund house with previous audit / fund admin experience would be idea
Team leading experience would be an advantage
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
