Settlement Manager

Responsibilities:

Support daily settlement for Cash Management and Reconciliation, Fees and Rebate Calculation, Money Segregation and Loan Agreement Handling, etc,;
Supervise Corporate Actions process, tracking events and client communications;
Support daily settlement for securities and derivatives products in Hong Kong and Oversea Markets;
Support Global Market Projects including implement the settlement flow and liaison with front office, IT, vendors and brokers;
Develop and streamline the daily workflow;
Provide the proper on-job trainings to the teammates;
Ensure the team provides quality support to both internal and external clients for ad hoc and regular queries.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above;
5 years or above experiences in Investment Banking's operations;
Attain professional qualification(s) in Investment Banking or other relevant subject is preferred;
Supervisory and/or Money Management/OTC Corporate Action Settlement experience is an advantageous;
Sound knowledge in settlement processing;
Experience in HK / Global market’s settlement, including Futures, Bond and IPO processing;
Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is an advantage.

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Vice President.
