Job Summary:
Secretarial Services Department is responsible for providing company secretarial services for the HKEX group of companies, ensuring HKEX is operating at the highest level of corporate governance and is in compliance with the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, and pursuing the best corporate social responsibilities.
Job Duties:
Responsibilities:- Provide company secretarial work for HKEX and its subsidiaries/joint ventures in Hong Kong, PRC, and overseas to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
Requirements: - Bachelor degree holder, major in corporate administration, business or related discipline
Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
