Work closely with Front Office on enhanced serviced towards all prospect clients
Receive and review duly accomplished Account Opening Form and other required supporting documents.
Conduct new account opening for document completeness, proper CDD/EDD and AML checks.
Complete KYC risk assessments by undertaking first round CDD review, conduct material negative news and sanctions name screening assessments of existing & new clients
Requirements
Around 2-3 years in Customer Service/ Client On-boarding/ KYC experience is preferred
Proficiency in computer skills, especially spreadsheet and database management
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
