Programmer/ System Analyst - Java - Banking

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Java-based applications for our banking client. Your expertise in Java, J2EE, web development, and mobile development will be essential in creating high-quality and efficient software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications, adhering to best coding practices and design principles.
• Collaborate with the project team to understand requirements, design specifications, and project timelines.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to implement software solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and performance of the applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and resolve any technical issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Java development.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on IT projects with a focus on Java development.
• Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, web development, and mobile development.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and JavaServer Faces (JSF).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in the banking industry or mobile projects development is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies, FinTech, or mobile technologies is an advantage.
