Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the accounts of relevant group companies with external parties such as banks, payment institutions, securities brokers, exchanges, custodians, stablecoin issuers, and OTC counterparties.
Collaborate with external company secretary providers to handle various company secretarial duties for the group companies, including company registration, maintenance of registers and books, and facilitating necessary filing and reporting.
Assist the Head of Legal and Compliance in matters related to corporate governance, including organizing and scheduling shareholders/board meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and drafting resolutions.
Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
Possess at least 5 years of experience in paralegal work, account management, or company secretarial responsibilities.
Display diligence, attention to detail, and exceptional multitasking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrate a proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams and business divisions.
Have proficient proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
