职位描述

Responsibilities:

Drive credit card acquisition and receivable growth by leading the acquisition team and executing product development and acquisition strategies.
Develop and implement marketing programs, coordinating with stakeholders for operational efficiency.
Explore and develop new marketing, product, and channel initiatives to meet business and regulatory needs while sustaining the product proposition.
Conduct post-program evaluation and analysis to identify key learnings.
Monitor and control marketing expenses to ensure programs are launched within the assigned budget.
Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and develop timely action plans if needed.

Requirements:

Preferably hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and product roles within the credit card industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership position
Good communication and people management skills
Proficiency in English
