Application Delivery Lead - Hong Kong

Lead an application delivery team responsible for implementing investment applications in Group Investment. Manage delivery managers, drive service provider delivery, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of delivery managers to:

• Design application architecture and security controls to meet internal and regulatory requirements.
• Propose technology solutions for business needs.
• Recruit and coach project resources.
• Deliver project outcomes.
• Resolve technical incidents and problems.

1. Frame and review application delivery processes to ensure compliance with Group Office policies and standards.

2. Negotiate with internal and external service providers to achieve world-class service levels.

3. Own the relationship with business stakeholders regarding investment applications.

4. Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline with a CGPA of 3.25 or above.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a technical lead capacity.
• Certifications/Licenses: PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent certification; CFA accreditation is a plus; additional certifications in solution architecture and cloud technologies are a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in implementing investment systems; knowledge of Java, .Net, JSON, and Visual Basic is a plus; familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
