Trading Strategist (Arbitrage/Market-Making)

Responsibilities:

Own a Trading Desk, take the initiative to kick-start potential trading strategy for the team
Conduct in-depth research on the microstructure features and develop high-frequency market-making strategies or arbitrage strategies
Tailor-made trading strategies to the fast-paced market; utilize models to identify profitable trading opportunities
Promote and facilitate the orderly process of business operations
Work closely with traders, portfolio managers, and developers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or other Science-related field
Graduate from Top Universities or working experience in Competitive Firms
Strong in at least on Programming language: C++, Java, Python, R, Golang, C#, etc
Practical experience in High-Frequency Trading Strategy (Market-Making or Arbitrage)
Proven track record on PnL, Return Curves, or Ratios (Futures, Stocks, or Options are preferred)
Possess outstanding leadership abilities
Fluent in both Chinese and English
Digit asset experience is NOT a Must
