Prepare presentation, credit memo, and marketing material mainly for M&A advisory, leveraged finance, and fund facility
Develop and review financial models within broadly defined guidelines
Support deal sourcing activities and client relationship management
Participate and support daily execution works on various transactions
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of M&A and financing-related accounting and law concepts and principles
Clear, enthusiastic, and confident communication abilities (both written and oral)
Highly motivated and keen to take initiative; work effectively both independently and with other colleagues; have high levels of integrity and professionalism
Native or fluency in both English and Korean. Korean language skill is mandatory.
Mandarin is a plus
Education / Experience:
At least 7 years of investment banking experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics from a top-ranked university
