As a Senior Business Manager, you will reponsible of:
- Achieving monthly and semesterly targets
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates through advertising, search and networking
- Business development activity targeting new and existing clients
- Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of Digital Transformation
- Preparing candidates and clients for interview
- Write management proposals and maintain close contracts directly with customers
- Manage and coordinate a team of specialised IT consultants
- Ensuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service
- Completing all candidate and client information on database system
- Ensuring all information is kept up to date
- Guide the Junior Business Managers
