Support developing and structuring financial products (Fixed Income, FX and Rates) and solutions to institutional investors. Proactively propose creative ideas, discuss with the team head, educate internal stakeholders to promote new products.
Support setting up structured notes program, support the execution of investment ideas, monitor underlying financial assets.
Work with sales/trader/team head to pitch client and lead the documents negotiation – ISDA/GMRA etc. with the support from legal team and/or external lawyer.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to move forward the new transactions.
Be familiar with compliance requirements of OTC products.
Requirements:
3-5 years’ related working experience in FICC structuring or FICC derivatives trading;
Outstanding academic record in finance, mathematics, financial engineering etc, or a measurable demonstration of outstanding creativity and intelligence.
Excellent presentation, written and communication skills;
Highly motivated, energetic, and team-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in Bloomberg, good knowledge on Hong Kong law and regulations. A law related background will be a plus.
Fluent in English and Mandarin; Spoken Korean is a plus.
