About Enterprise Technology & Performance

Deloitte Consulting Enterprise Technology and Performance (ETP) Service Area aims to provide the end-to-end consulting services by helping clients in different industries to re-engineer the business process, design the enterprise level application system architecture and modules, implement the application systems, manage the changes of business along the whole process, and realize the digital transformation. Deloitte Technology Consulting team is the world-leading enterprise application consulting organization, and continuously ranked as "leader" in the enterprise application consulting market in China for years.

Our Enterprise Technology and Performance Service Area is further grouped into sub teams including Finance & Performance, Oracle, SAP and Technology Strategy & Advisory. Successful candidates will be placed within an appropriate team based on their skillset and experience.

Work You'll Do

• Apply an in-depth knowledge of finance system and data architecture to meet complex client challenges and transformation objectives.
• Define target state finance solution architecture to support the pursuit of large finance transformation programmes, and lead teams through phases of the delivery.
• Develop relationships, establish credibility with and instil confidence in clients. Leverage cross-geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery
• Articulate how ERP technology solutions enable and differentiate the business and communicate this effectively to clients.

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor degree or above, with a background in finance solution architecture.
• 10+ years' experience in finance systems and data architecture. Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, integration patterns and data platforms, with an understanding of how they are applied to finance business processes.
• Deep knowledge of one or more specific data or integration platforms, such as Mulesoft, Azure etc, while also able to apply the concepts across different client use case.
• Able to lead client workshops to discuss current finance architectural pain points, and define future state systems architecture designs.
• Experience leading developers and technical teams to implement integration platforms and data solutions as part of a finance transformation programme.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high a commitment to quality client service.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the capacity to motivate and lead a team with enthusiasm, drive and effectiveness.
• Experience working within the financial services industry preferred, in particular for insurance companies.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, plus fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese a distinct advantage.

Candidates with more experience may be considered for Director grade.
