Job Responsibilties:

Manage projects on process change and operational improvement
Analyze areas for improvement and develop execution plans.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and technologies to identify areas for improvement.
Oversee the implementation of changes and track progress.
Manage cross-operations group projects and monitor project phases, tasks, and challenges.
Ensure adherence to project schedules and targets

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of project/change management experience, with a focus on technology and/or operations.
Broad exposure to corporate banking operations.
Strong goal-oriented mindset and multitasking abilities.
Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
Good communication and writing skills in English.
Familiarity with T24, Swift, FPS from a technical perspective is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including macros) is required.
