Report directly to management, leading a team being responsible for risk management, maintain the risk framework, monitor and control the risk exposure within company risk appetite
Review and approve risk assessment on consumer credits
Implement the risk methodology and calculation
Oversight business strategy, related risk policies, new products risk assessment and projects
Collaborate with management on risk forecasting
Requirements
Minimum15 years' relevant experience in consumer finance/ retail banking Risk Management with solid background in credit risk
A good team player to work with various departments in result delivery
High proficiency in spoken / written skills in both English and Cantonese
