We are seeking a high caliber to join us as Head of Institutional Sales .
Principal responsibilities - Lead a team to maximize institutional clients opportunities

• Grow our institutional client base, both in terms of client segment as well as geographical location
• Provide leadership in growing our institutional sales team and coverage plan
• Assist Head of Sales to formulate Sales and Marketing strategy for institutional clients and achieve assigned sales targets
• In charge of formulating and implementing consultant engagement plan
• Keep abreast of competitor activity, market development and respond proactively to any market changes. Initiate product and marketing ideas corresponding to the changes.

• Follow any compliance requirements

  Requirements- University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline or other relevant qualifications

• At least 10 years' relevant experience in asset management industry or fund sales related roles
• Good understanding on institutional clients demand
• Strong leadership experience and excellent presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and good business sense

• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken)
