Experience:

Degree holder of Computing or related discipline, or with strong aptitude for computing if holding other science / business degree
Fluent spoken English and Mandarin
Srong problem solving skills and analytical thinking, eager to learn and take new challenge
Years of experience between 2-4 years

Desirable Skills:

Programming languages, SQL, database (Oracle or SQL Server)
Understanding of the financial / technology / economic industry
Experience in FIX protocol will be an advantage but not essential
Experience in programming/scripting will be an advantage but not essential
Previous experience with financial institutions would be a plus but not essential

Duties:

Provide consultancy and application support on a Front-office system
Provide functional training to clients.
Setting up connectivity with different parties and systems for Straight-through processing.
Investigate complex queries and issues, including working closely with the end users, engineering, development and BA teams
Carry out implementation and testing of new system modules or fixes
