Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to candidate onboarding for both lateral and graduate recruitment;
Formulate sourcing strategies, search for talents through data mining, market mapping, etc. to build candidate pipelines;
Work closely with business unit on various HR functions including but not limited to provide HR advisory services, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, etc.;
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external working partners;
Create an external brand with the aligned talent pools;
Work closely with other HR teams;
Provide industry and markets updates related to Talent Acquisition;
Handle other ad hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above;
Minimum 3 years HR business partner experience in sizeable organization in financial sectors. With working experience in Investment Bank is highly preferred;
Understanding of investment banking and relevant product suite would be an advantage;
Sound knowledge of HR practices, recruitment process and employment legislation;
Able to handle multiple projects and produce high-quality work;
Attentive to details; able to work under pressure and tight schedules;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
