Senior Associate, Loan Operations, International Bank

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the disbursement of bilateral, syndicated, and agency loans, as well as short-term financing.
Act as a checker and validate loan data and terms according to internal procedures
Collaborate with relevant parties to administer and follow up on loans and financing.
Review loan agreements
Process loans and financing in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures.
Maintain complete and updated loan documentation, files, and records.
Handle payment and receipt instructions, monitor loan accounts, and arrange fee settlements.
Ensure timely payment and repayment of loans.
Supervise team member and provide coaching when necessary
Participate in loan and financing-related projects and contribute to system testing.

Role Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in loan operations, specifically in bilateral, syndicated, and agency loans.
Solid experience in reviewing loan agreements
Experience in being a checker
Experience in managing and supervising junior team members is preferred
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Availability to work on holidays and overtime when required.
Proficiency in MS applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in both Chinese and English.
