Relationship Manager - Crypto Industry

Primary Responsibility:

• Have significant impact on the Stablecoin area through complex revenue and market growth deliverables.
• Provide expert counsel with technology or operations to decision makers and clients.
• Great impact within the Stablecoin area of the institution, thereby positively affecting the overall performance and effectiveness of the Business Unit, Core Custody and Trust Business.

What you will do:

• Prospect, Develop and Maintain business relationships with professional market participants
• Work closely with clients mainly within the profile of Market Makers, Asset Managers and Proprietary Trading Firms to achieve an open and transparent flow of critical data points, updates and insights
• Direct client coverage and engagement to maximizes revenue growth from any new and pre-existing clients
• Comprehensive coverage of both onshore and offshore products; collaborating with CS, Product and Marketing to enhance education about FD Stablecoin products
• Accomplishing assigned monthly revenue targets
• Assist the business unit in achieving profitable and competitive market cap goal for internal Stablecoin products

What you need to bring with you:

• History of critical relationship management and ability to leverage relationships to enhance the company's mission
• Knowledge in asset management, business development in virtual assets, and understanding of the traditional institutional banking trading flows
• Proactive, reliable, innovative and a good team player
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• 5 to 8 years of (related) working experience with a demonstrated track record
• Personal Drive and resourcefulness traits
