Your role
Do you like taking ownership for your own task portfolio? Do you enjoy analyzing complex situations to come up with wealth planning options? You will work in the wealth planning team contributing to its delivery of value-added, personalized event specific and comprehensive wealth structuring strategies and solutions through the Client Advisors to clients, addressing their present and future needs of planning of financial, tax, estate and insurance related matters. The key focus is on advisory and acquisition support.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities Include:
• Responsible for having wealth planning conversations with clients and prospects on topics such as succession and incapacity planning, mobility and residency planning and where relevant, introducing wealth planning tools (e.g. trusts and wills, referral of life insurance and other related solutions) to meet clients' objectives
• Actively support CAs in client meetings, presentations and after-sales activities relating to trust structuring, asset ownership and asset transfer
• Follow legal, political, tax and economic developments in specific countries and provide relevant updates to clients
• Participate in marketing events, road shows etc.
• Act as feedback facilitator for CAs in relation to Product Development
• Ensure compliance with all bank's general and WP specific standards and policies
• Provide product and wealth planning technical and application training to Client Advisors
Your team
You'll be working in the WM A&S Wealth Planning team. This team actively supports CAs in client meetings, structuring, presentations and after-sales activities relating to asset ownership and asset transfer and provide wealth planning technical and application training to Client Advisors. We follow political, tax and economic developments in specific countries and provide relevant updates to clients whilst ensuring that our wealth planning business continues meeting the bank's general and wealth planning specific standards and policies.
Your expertise
• at least 7 - 10 years experience in Wealth Planning and/or other related services
• familiar with legal and tax system of one or more jurisdictions and experience in providing legal, tax and structuring solutions for private individuals
• marketing and sales capabilities, excellent communication skills with ability to express things simply and directly while maintaining a focused and controlled discussion
• excellent financial skills relating to wealth planning, tax and estate planning, accountancy, insurance, banking and investment
• consistently demonstrate commitment to professional, ethical and legal standards
• bachelor degree in finance, accountancy or law
