Product Manager / Project Manager - Crypto Exchange / 60k to 120k HKD

Your Key Responsibilities

Fixed Income/ Equity Derivatives in product management of Prime Brokerage Solutions.
Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Providing product/ business requirements to delivery teams to allow the construction of new, and update of existing, securities services products.
Pro-active risk and issue management, identifying critical risks or issues, ensuring mitigation actions in conjunction with the assigned head of Prime Brokerage.
Accountability for the content and delivery of the product roadmap.
Ensuring change control processes are in place and followed by all delivery partners.

Your Skills and Experience

A detailed understanding of Trading / Prime Brokerage in Asia.
Ability to interact with stakeholders and senior management.
An in-depth knowledge of project planning concepts.
Ability to analyze product risks and issues, highlighting critical and high issues requiring immediate attention.
Critical thinking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience of interacting widely through digital asset organization.
