Our client is a well-established digital insurance group with a focus on life insurance. As part of a fast expansion, a unique opportunity has arisen for a Life Insurance Product professional to join their product team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will be a key member of the life insurance product team with a focus on supporting and managing the end-to-end product development process, along with managing the product launch and enhancement processes. You will also help support and manage product post-launch initiatives. You will be staying up to date on market trends, along with analyzing customer behaviour to drive business growth. You will also be coordinating with different departments, including the Marketing Team to do product material preparations and reviews, and Risk and Compliance to ensure the adherence of relevant policies and guidelines. In addition, you will work on ad-hoc product related projects.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- University degree in related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' experience in product management within either insurance or bancassurance
- Actuarial experience will be an advantage
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
