Reporting to: Managing Director, Head of Human Capital

Job Description

Keep track of recruitment database.
New Hire Onboarding logistics.
Assist with companywide safety initiatives.
Assist with background check and collect all necessary paperwork for personal files.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
Work with HR team to perform any other HR administrative tasks as needed.
Assist in company products and events

Requirements

Students studying in Human Resources or related degree.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and result-oriented.
Good command of spoken and written English, and preferably one Asian language.
