Responsibilities:
Assist in formulating strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Collaborate with relationship managers to provide a comprehensive range of Global Markets solutions, including hedging solutions in FX, Rates, Derivatives, and investment products, to corporate clients.
Educate, train, and support internal and external customers on Global Markets solutions.
Manage the entire sales process, including sales, execution, pricing, and follow-up on documentation and trade-related issues.
actively contribute to Global Markets product development and participate in regular reviews of operating models and work processes to enhance productivity, operations, and controls.
Ensure full compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Hold a university degree
an SFO license holder for regulated activities of type 1, 7, and 8
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Solid knowledge of FX and interest rates related products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with fluency in Mandarin.
