Director, Bancassurance Partnership Distribution

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive product propositions, product mix, and customer segment penetration, ensuring sustained growth and a leading market position.
Collaborate with business partners to design and implement effective sales and product initiatives, capturing untapped market opportunities and maintaining sales momentum.
Create and implement annual business plans with bank partners, aligning with growth objectives and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct regular management meetings with bank partners to ensure adherence to contractual governance framework and strengthen relationships.
Utilize data analytics and market benchmarking to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Hold a university degree, preferably in business or marketing discipline.
Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in the insurance or banking industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role focusing on product development and business planning.
Prior experience in bancassurance management is highly desirable.
Demonstrate strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Exhibit a solid track record in product development and a comprehensive understanding of the bancassurance business.
Display effective leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders independently and with maturity.
Possess excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.
Self-motivated individual with a strong drive for achieving results.
