The Company

Our client is a Multinational MNC Bank. The Custody Product function operates within Markets & Securities Services, aiming to drive strategic initiatives and transform Custody through Digital solutions.

The Role - Partner with relevant teams and end users to define product and operations requirements and system goals for Asset Services in Securities Services.

• Collaborate with business partners, technology groups, suppliers, and customers to design optimal solutions.
• Analyze message specifications and define standardized data models.
• Filter, prioritize, and validate complex material from multiple sources.
• Develop clear process maps, business requirements, implementation roadmaps, and test plans.
• Work as a value stream within a product component team to implement the designed solution.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with product, operations, and technology teams.
• Evaluate the business implications of solution applications in the current environment.

• Continuously improve ways of working through regular retrospectives and engagement with project teams and partner functions.

  Your Profile - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to different audiences.

• Experience required in system development programs utilizing agile and waterfall approaches, with a preference for involvement in technology transformation initiatives.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating across diverse groups and time zones, while also knowing when to seek guidance and approval.
• Preferred experience in delivering change using Agile frameworks, supported by relevant qualifications, certified online courses, or practical experience.
• Familiarity with Post Trade, Equities, or Fixed Income in Settlements or Asset Services within a Custodian or Broker Dealer environment is advantageous.
• Demonstrated understanding of IT infrastructure and software development.

• Desirable to have knowledge of Post Trade, Equities, Asset Services, and Proxy Voting within a Custodian or Broker Dealer environment.
