Job overview Responsibilities
To assist Asia Head of Research in analyzing and assessing business opportunities with respect to transactions e.g. debt, lending opportunities, syndicate deals etc;
Handle and assist in coverage and execution of all transactions and related matters together with the team;
Perform scenario analyses, conduct market researches and prepare client presentation pitches on related lending projects;
To help and drive the execution of lending transactions;
To participate and make presentations for the team in pitching and marketing materials; and
Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
University Degree(s) preferably in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline;
Minimum of 2-3years capital markets or related experience with a reputable investment bank (or bank);
Sound knowledge in the financial capital market, strong business acumen and good analytical skill;
SFC licensed, and knowledge of HK and regional stock markets and hands-on execution experience of transactions; and
Excellent co-ordination and communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and a fluency in Mandarin.
