Support C-suite members in effectively and efficiently executing the management agenda, both internally and externally, including issue resolution and communication.
Conduct fact-based analysis to generate relevant hypotheses for discussions and provide strategic options for consideration by senior management regarding the bank's strategy, corporate development, and business performance improvement.
Prepare strategy papers and reports to articulate the strategic plan, strategic analysis, and business performance, facilitating decision-making, ensuring alignment across the bank, and seeking approval.
Collaborate with business units and functions to develop strategic initiatives, oversee implementation, monitor performance, and assist in issue resolution.
Serve as trusted advisors to working partners, offering credible challenges on all matters related to strategy, corporate development
Job Requirements:
Cantonese is MANADATORY
Over 8 years of financial services or strategy consulting experience; hands-on experience in CEO Office a plus
Knowledge and exposure to Mainland China and GBA business is ideal
Good knowledge of wealth management, digital and innovation (incl FinTech), strategic partnerships etc
