职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the development of solutions with cross business stakeholders (Technology, Operations, Compliance etc) to achieve business objectives
- Maintain close communication with business users and IT teams and coordinate requirement analysis activities.
- Define business needs with stakeholders and various other functional groups
- Perform business analysis, determine workflow, and give recommendations on process enhancements and system upgrades
- Manage and reconcile conflicts on resource and expectations between stakeholders
Requirements:
- Working experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management
- Background within Corporate Actions
- Excellent writing skills to produce documentation e.g. requirement documents, analysis reports, proposals, specifications etc.
- Strong communicator comfortable engaging with senior level stakeholders
- Strong analytical capabilities and learning ability, can quickly adapt to deal with changing requirements
