Title: HRBP - Professional Services firm
Location: Hong Kong
About the Role:
Our client is an US headquartered professional services firm who is looking for HRBP to cover multiple offices across the region. The role is based in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Support in the recruitment process including interviewing, offer letters, onboarding process, and hew hire orientation
- Partner closely with L&D team to provide trainings according to business needs
- Lead the performance management process including salary and bonus review, promotions, goal setting and coaching
- Support employees on policies and procedures, managing employee relations
- Assist on global HR initiatives
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, such as HR process improvements and policy reviews etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 6 years of HRBP experience from financial services or professional services environment with regional exposure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible, team player as well as working independently
- Strong relationship building with key stakeholders
- Resourceful self-starter and solution oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
