Client Servicing Officer, Private Banking (Job ID 2140)

Responsibilities

Be a team member of Private Banking Department
Provide first-class customer service which meet the standards / requirements / guidelines prescribed by regulators and the Bank
Provide professional and appropriate advice in the best interests of clients and with regard to their unique circumstances
Assist Relationship Managers in preparing credit proposals, amendments and reviews
Take clients' orders for securities investment and other banking products
Monitor remittance, loans and deposits, and securities investment transactions pending for settlement upon value day

Requirements

University graduate
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in banking (preferably private banking) and customer service
Passed the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer is preferred
Good knowledge of banking procedures as well as credit and investment products
Team player with strong presentation and communication skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
