Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Business Partner activities such as new hire administration, recruitment and staffing activities reports.
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, interview arrangement and staff on-boarding coordination.
- Assist in data consolidation, management reports preparation and HR record maintenance.
- Assist in licensing registration process.
- Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the team.
- Assist in ad hoc assignment as required.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Prior human resources experience in relationship management function is preferred. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
- Detail-minded, organized and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
