Responsibilities:- Managing the accounts payable cycle
Ensure all accounting records are properly recorded
Compile user requirements and perform user acceptance test on accounting systems
Participate in developing and maintaining procedure manuals
Ad hoc projects to support management's decision
Requirements:- Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
3-5 years experience in the accounts payable function
Knowledge and experience in VBA Macro and strong mastery of MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word
Independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with tight deadline
Good knowledge in financial analysis, strong analytical skills and critical mindset, capable of examining and analyzing financial and management information with business acumen
Good presentation and report writing skills in both Chinese and English and Chinese word processing skills is a must
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Experience in performing user acceptance test is an advantage
