Our client is a global investment bank looking for a Fixed Income Development Manager.
Responsibilities
- Be part of the respective global IT department
- Lead a team of 20 IT professionals including production support, BA and development.
- Ensure operational efficency of the team and provide guidance for achieving the team goals and strategy of the business.
- Ensure IT production stability and the quality of the IT projects.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
- 10+ years of experience as IT professional in Investment Banking, 5+ years of management experience.
- Proven experience in leading a development team.
- Knowledge in system design, architecture, software development methodologies, cloud development, API and event-based development.
- Good understanding of pre-trade, eTrading, pricing and risk monitoring back office.
- Asset knowledge in Fixed Income, Interest rate or Credit.
- Team oriented with the ability to plan, organize and deliver efficiently.
- Ability to work under high-pressure and capacity to self-create new optimisation projects.
