About the Role
Responsible for contacting AIA contracted doctors to migrate them to U Care, recruiting new external solo doctors to U Care, and to establish the strategy, creation, direction and evolution of the provider network. The incumbent shall liaise with providers and conduct ongoing evaluation of network performance so as to ensure a complete, stable, accessible well-regarded and high quality delivery system.Migrate and recruit providers, and review network provider quality and maintain provider network;
Contribute to network proposal for service arrangement / product development;
New business initiatives and maintenance;
Assist to develop ecosystem to deliver the Health and Wellness proposition to customer;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and support the implementation of Health and Wellness proposition programs and campaigns;
Provide support to ad hoc projects and proposition initiatives arising from time to time;
Coordinate health care related services for enhancing customer satisfaction;
Participate in projects relating to service enhancement or new business initiatives arise;
