About the Role
Motivate agents sell CS business and meet and exceed sales targets
Roles and Responsibilities:
Agency Activities Management - Communicate and build relationship with agency support and push CS business
Provide help desk at agency' offices, if applicable
Financial Management - Effectively monitor the sales performances of assigned intermediareis to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is met
Other Responsibilities - Perform any other duties and projects as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements:- University graduate with minimum 4 years working experience, preferably with insurance companies
Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
